I believe the side …
I believe the side pot is when someone bets more than you can put and you go all in, all of the betters extras will go to the side and that is competed for after someone wins the main pot.

It works like this. …
It works like this. Let’s say we have 3 plays, A, B, and C. Let’s say player A has $1000, play B has $1000, and player C has $500. Let’s say player C goes all in w/ $500. Both A & B call leaving each of them w/ $500 remaining chips. The next round of betting between A & B will go into a side pot. If A’s hand beats B then A wins the side pot. But in order to win the main pot A’s hand will also have to beat C’s hand. So you can win the side pot but lose the main pot. Hope that helps.

If the hand with …
If the hand with the Ace and 2 are of the same suit (let’s says hearts) and 3 of the 5 cards that were opened are of the same suit (also hearts) then the hand with the Ace and 2 wins with a flush.

This video is …
This video is flawed. He said your best cards combined with the community cards. Thats false. Its the best five cards on the table. So if you have king pair with 10 high, and your opponent has king pair with jack high. but therez an ace in the community, its a split pot.

for every card there is betting round… so sometimes you need to put money to see more cards, and if you think your chances are slim, you drop the hand, then dont have to pay (what other people add to the pot)
hope that helped

I saw some people on TV end end the hand before the last 2 cards are flipped, why? I thought the hand was never over until either 1.) everyone folds or 2.) the river is turned. Im so confused :/
