And that’s not even …
And that’s not even accounting for the people who can beat the game, but cannot beat it for enough to support their lifestyle. I mean if you beat a 15-30 for about $15-20/hour you may or may not be able to live JUST off your poker earnings. Spending habits and lifestyle have a lot to do it with it also. Managing finances off gambling winnings isn’t the easiest things. Many guys find themselves scrunging to meet their bills AND stay in action. You can’t build a house if you sell your hammer.

you watching these …
you watching these videos and getting inspired by how their playing and getting bigger and bigger. but only %2-3 people can win the others are lose. it s a zero sum game. if you really admire yourself into this maybe its ok. but the amount of time while your becoming pro you will lose a lot. and the market results of poker going down and it will not be profitable again as its booming 04-05.

Bankroll management …
Bankroll management is only a warning to people who think it’s as easy as deposit, play and win.
But the bottom line is that you have to win money!!! No amount of bankroll management will make up for the fact that you aren’t beating the game.
Oh and to Zweeiii… if you can’t understand why Fulham can’t play poker already at 17… hum… then you better stay away from any kind of intellectual activity… or at least learn to read the sites’ T&Cs!!!!!!

Poker was more …
Poker was more lucrative 10 years ago. As of today people are getting better and better. Even on the 5 10 cents level they play surprisingly good these days. Another problem with online poker are bots. More poker bots are entering the stage which are counterfeiting the game. I took poker lessons from professional poker players. One of them use to make approx $25/Hr, now he makes $10/Hr. that’s minimum wage.
